Any time I hear - "Illegal possession of firearm" - I know that police are LYING and have been paid to do illegal bidding of APC!

They don't have the sense to come up with another format!

I'm not holding brief for Abure but why should the police refer to him as a factional chairman of labour party, even when he has been declared the authentic chairman of the party by the court?
Exactly. You just know the police have turned political

Why should the police allowed themselves to be used by politicians all the time. LP primary election to select their governorship candidate is today and their chairman was arrested on his way to supervise that election in Edo. It seems there is an unseen hands fighting LP secretly.
they did not arrest him since for an issue that happened last year but it has to be today that he had primaries to supervise. I weep for NPF. They are just a political tool.

It’s clear that the Police is working with the State govt to weaken Labour Party. They arrested senior officials of the party 2 days to governorship primaries.

And how are we sure it is not obaseki handiwork? It could be anybody. My problem is the police allowing themselves to be used like errand boys. They have no dignity. They even referred to him as factional Chairman. That alone just gave them away.

So the NPF has now abrogated the position of the Judiciary. They now know more than the courts that have said he is a national Chairman, and have decided he is factional! Shame on the police! Ndi agwu!!grin

But you didn't complain when Aisha Yesufu referred to President Tinubu as mandate thief who came to power through back door, even when the highest court of the land had proclaimed him as the authentic winner of the presidential elections. I am not holding brief for Tinubu o!
