I started the Job in Jan, I've saved 30K out of Jan Salary, when they pay us this month probably next week it'll be 60K, I'm planning on opening a Naira account not $ though.

Also, I've achieved some consistency paper trading Gold.

I'm just tired of the back breaking work with nothing to show for it.

Save more, work while u trade, do u teach 24 hours while at work, u can be working and trading. Gabsonfx2 does that, u can do it.

I'd wait if I'm earning some big money, I won't bother at all, but mann, if you see the distance I cover everyday to reach the school and back, you'd think I'm some refugee.

I don't teach 24/7, I teach Computer Science, so my period is mostly in the afternoon or towards closing.

Working and Trading seems so slow for me, I'll do what I've planned and see how it goes, I'll keep y'all posted though.

I understand you. The market offers us all freedom. We just have to be wise about it because trading itself is like doing nothing, most times we just dey wait like tiger finding the next trade.

You can be the new gucci teacher riding a Mercedes benz. You need a life outside of trading so you don't transfer the faustration into the market. Being a teacher is not bad if you love impacting ur students.

Forex is our main business but since its majorly online, find something offline doing. So boredom wont affect ur trading.

There isn't much hustling going on here though, also I don't think 60K will start anything tangible.

yeah, I'm mostly done trading by 12noon because I only take one position mostly and call it a day.

I don't like the job to be honest I just had to take it because I want to save some cash, I didn't know it's way harder than I thought.

And for offline business, you need some bookoo bucks for that.

bros abeg no quit your job ooo, I was also a teacher like you but I quit last year December because I was preparing for NYSC, unfortunately for me the new directive by the DG that all prospective corpers should use their NIN when registering for service and its compulsory, meanwhile there's a mistake on my date of birth for my nin and it does not tally with all my documents including my BVN, I have to rectify it. I went to the NIN office 2 weeks ago and made remita payment of 16k for the correction of the date of birth and uptil now the change is yet to be effected on my NIN, I have been to their office to make complaints and I was asked to come back next week. now I can't go back to the school that I teach because they have already gotten a substitute teacher for the subjects which I teach. although I have a very good record with the school but there's no vacancy for me there. I have had a test of trading full time and with all sincererity, I don't think it's what I want to do for the rest of my life, of course you have the freedom and luxury of time, but danger there is that you will overtrade and make stupid mistakes by spending too much time on the charts, or even try to force trades during periods of low volatility in the markets. Honestly staying at home is killing me and I feel unproductive. If not for my NIN mishap which I'm still trying to fix, I should have been on service now, I even went to immigration office to apply for my international passport but I could not do that as I was told that my NIN is a requirement, so I have to fix my NIN before I can even apply for a passport, this is really fustrating. Honestly trading full time is really boring and that will definitely lead you to make silly mistakes which can cause serious damage to your account. you might claim that you have strong discipline and psychology but I have come to realize that the human mind is never to be trusted especially when you are tempted to do things which you are not supposed to do.
