we would have all abused the coach, make we no lie. A lot of folks insisted he should start chukwueze and he did, only for the boy to fall hand we all blame him again for not starting Simon, this coaching no easy o

With the way Spalleti- Italy coach is on Folorunsho's case especially as they both worked together at Napoli, you sure say im no go change im mind? NFF must follow up his case since Jpes has started talking to him

we are just playing with our World Cup qualifying chances with this coaching issue, any new coach now will need 4 or 5 games to stabilize especially when he wants to please the fans with a different pattern from what the current coach does, and by then our world cup ticket for don enter voice mail. If nff like make dem no get sense. We all knew how many matches it took jpes to get to where we are today.

A good point here…..no time for experimenting 😎

Osimhen has many other tournaments to play
He will definitely win something for us
Don't mind the bitter hater. This is only Osimhen's first stage as our point man and look what he's achieved.

Ighalo at 25 (no disrespect) was nowhere near what Osimhen has achieved for both club and country.

Osimhen is already 80% legend at 25.

First nigerian african player of the year since 1999.
Scored more goals than samuel eto and George weah in seria a.
First african highest goal scorer in Italy. Haha he is approaching legend. Let's be factual

Well after the tournament,I came to realize dt we don’t really have a good alternative (I mean a local coach) ,so y not stick with him and support him to improve the team where necessary.

Defensively we are tight (although that's cos we play 5 at back). If he can get a good creative midfielder, it would enhance the team.

We are salivating. Once we have that ball player in the middle and a good and effective winger to replace Chukwueze on the flanks, we are good.

If Osimhen was a foreigner, I'm sure some of his critics will worship him.
IMO, one thing that sets Osimhen apart from other crop of talented players we have produced over they years but didnt live up to expectation is his dedication and hunger. You can see the determination in his game anytime he is on the pitch.. that is the mark of a man who knows that he hasn't arrived yet. Missing those chances at the AFCON was painful, but it wont take away the fact that he is an amaing player.
If he were from Ghana, komekn the bitterleaf specialist would have been full of praises for him.

I totally disagree. Go back and rewatch the match. The initial missed control was by Zaidu, that’s how CIV got the initial possession that eventually led to the go ahead goal. Had it been that Zaidu cleared the ball the first time, that would have taken care of the danger.

Oboy I fear una for this thread o. Who told you it was Zaidu's job to mark Kassie? Zaidu was manning the far post while Kassie was standing unmarked far from the post.

You blame Zaidu better he realized the danger then left his post to deal with it alas to late. I blame Zaidu for leaving his position. If he remained put that ball would have been saved.

The second goal was completely down to Aina and the brilliance of Adringa.

Osi came at a time most have given up we will ever have a Nigerian player up there again. it looks too unbelievable to many that such a player could rise to the ranks so quickly. I mean it was looking as if No Nigerian could never win APOTY again, that's how we have fallen so badly even within Africa, even at Lille, the guy was delivering and he continued in Italy, which European league will he not excel in, and yet someone thinks he's not world-class. Some people have problem o, they say seeing is believing but in Osi matter, the player may need to die and resurrect before they can believe.
