Osimhen at club level has 107 goals and 27 assists in 211 games in addition to having a Serie A title, Serie A golden boot and Serie A player of the year under his belt..... If that isn't enough for you to label him world class, then you're just hating.. bad belle, full stop!

Go and get a bottle of coke 🍾with a smile , you are getting agitated and all fired up with rage 😑😑.

But why πŸ€”

It really depends on what unit of measurement will you use to decide world class. For me it's one word CONSISTENCY over time.

When I say Kane, Lewondoski, Mbappe, Ronaldo, Haaland, Salah, Messi, Lukaku, are WORLD 🌎 CLASS what you will notice is CONSISTENCY. These players have been at the top of the goal scoring charts for some over a decade.

VO is an absolute excellent player in what he does with a unique skill set. However, last season 2022/23 after three seasons in Seria A he was the golden boot winner. He did not do that in the Belgium, Bundesliga and French league one.

Now that he has achieved this outstanding accolade the real test is to do it again or at least stay in the top 5. To prove the consistency of world class top quality,it has to be done , in this season and the coming seasons.

Without prejudice I would not call him world 🌎 class yet. He is getting there but has not arrived. Unfortunately this season if he can get to the top 5 that would be outstanding to prove he is truly world class.

Would you call call Martinez, Dusan Vlahovic, Giroud world class ❓

Ekong out for the rest of the season due to injury sustained in AFCON group stage match against CIV.

To undergo surgery for the bicep femoris injury in Finland.

Got injured but still played through the pain barrier to win tournament MVP that's my captain cool

Men our players who were the real walking wounded in the finals cry Huge respect to them

Haba you yourself said Saudi Arabia na! how can you compare it to Italy?

And before you attempt in your usual (un)subtle way attempt to down play Serie A note Italian teams have of recent been getting to finals of European competition so abort that agenda before you even born am.

Ighalo is world class, osihmen is also a world class. If you don't see osihmen as world class the world see him as such, some body that is rated 8 in ballor d 'or and won aftican player of the year is not a world class but kane who has consistently score useless goal that did not won him a single trophy is world class.

It's high time you post your own definition of world class so that we can see which player fall into such definition

What I'm essentially saying why is nonody talking about IGHALO.

There is more justification for Ighalo to be in the squad than Musa ( cheer leader)

I am talking about IGHALO not the Saudi league as such. The once AFCON top goal scorer ,he is on the same number of goals as Benzema with less games.

You are delusional.

IGHALO is very good but world class a resounding big capital NO.

Your blind prejudice makes you leap before you look πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

I have been intrinsically clear with what I describe as world class.

Kane had been a top goal scorer in the EPL for near a decade, winning the golden boot on three occasions.

He then leaves the Tottenham in the EPL and he goes to Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. He is now on 27 goals from 23 games that's simply incredible.

Look at somebody reasoningπŸ€”

πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬ Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong, in Finland for minor surgery.

The injury occurred during the 2nd group stage game vs Ivory Coast.

Despite the injury, William became Player of the Tournament… and he’s expected to return to play for PAOK towards the end of the season.

You are trying to compare light πŸ•―οΈ with darkness πŸŒ‘.

Can you be reasonable please.

Emenike was great in AFCON 2013 he was 25 but after that he fizzled out completely like car with blown head gasket. It was one level of MEDIOCRITY to another level he regressed so badly .

To think he is only 36 now and he is totally finished in football ⚽.

IGHALO has continuously performed has not regressed, just followed the big πŸ€‘πŸ€‘πŸ€‘ sign.

The information here is incomplete. Osimhen scored a total of 20 goals for Charleroi in 36 appearances. 12 in regular league season, 7 goals in playoff and 1 in Belgian cup.

Jpes really milked and drained our players

Even in the finals against CIV one of the major reasons the team lost was because of fatigue which was obvious

Sigh! Tammy's unavailability for Nigeria never stopped you in the past bringing his name up when you thought he was on the up and up so I'm just curious why you're bringing his ineligibility to play for the SE as a reason not to talk about him now.

Actually you're the one comparing black and black.

Ighalo after his one good season in EPL has gone from one mediocre league to the other briefly punctuated with an unremarkable spell at MAN U.

Credit to Odion he's making his money however using him as a foil to down play Osimhen's status as an elite level player no go work.

This man and capping. Ighalo is scoring in Saudi league. See capping. I am talking about Ighalo and not Saudi League. So the here and now if he is good, he should be in top league no follow again. Saudi league finally no be backwater league again. Please Onyekuru is also scoring in Saudi. Let's recall him also. Shifting narratives here and there. U don dey talk of player and not the league.
