According to the report, they'll be scrapped. Only Consular services and vaccinations will be taken care of by FG henceforth. That should fall under the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Health.

Pension Transitional Agency should not be scrapped. Ministry of finance can never attend efficiently to the several complaints of pensioners the way PTAD is currently doing. Bureaucracy would mar and frustrate the whole process. It's like taking one step forward and taking two steps back.

Must you insult. It should be a shame for Jonathan for not being able to implement a report of 2011. He had four years to do it before a new government. Forget the highlights, tens of thousands will lose their job if the report is implemented.

Good try but this is still too much and still too too top heavy. We don't need most of these Ministeries....same goes for the National Assembly...chaseout all those deadwoods and clean up the two houses that has become a fashion fare and avenue for sharing the national cake to a few miscreants in the corridor of power. Otherwise completely scrap the system and return to regional governance with strong regions with accountability and a weak centre only for administrative purposes. You will find nobody will want to become honorable in the centre again because no bogus allowances and fat estacodes etc
