I have a small parcel of land that i want to fence and got the below quote from my engineer. Please help me vet. The marked area are the sides of the land to be fenced as the other sides are already fenced.

The price is 145k in Lagos but if your project is outside Lagos I believe the price given to you is still very much okay.. The 145k is from Orile.. Buying it in other part of Lagos might be higher than that. Just tell the seller you need rubber type

Bought 2,500litres storex rubber at 145k and 2,000 litres at 120k on 16-02-2024 in ibadan.

He's using kg for cement instead of bag.... well

The numbers of cement quoted to set 400 blocks is 15bags.
meaning he wld use 1 bag to set 26 blocks..

Too much.

Hello people, I am erecting a building which is now to proceed to plastering, tilling and flooring of compound. Because of the more 100% increase in cement price I have stopped further work in the hope that cement price will come down. I need opinions of builders here whether they think or have information on if the price of cement will drop now that payment portals of cement manufacturers are re-opened or should I find means to buy at current price.
