I took the offer and went on to download the App and fill out the form online.

At the end of the registration, I was offered #5700 to pay #11,050 under 1 week.

I promptly rejected it and they begged me to hold on for upward review of the amount. After about 3 hours, they clicked on the loan from their end, and forced the 5700 on me.

I protested and asked them to cancel it. I equally sent a mail to them. Cos I didn't request for it. The agent agreed.

Thankfully, throughout the weekend I didn't receive the money into my account and was happy they have cancelled it.

But to my utmost surprise, on Tuesday this week, I got an alert of #5700 from them. I immediately refunded it.

So yesterday another agent called for my repayment but I told her the episode above. But instead abuses, threats and all followed up by her.

Later on she said the amount I paid didn't reflect cos the account won't take anything less than the required amount.

I checked my bank app and saw the refund. I then sent it again. Now they've invaded my privacy and have gone ahead to publish nonsense about me to my contacts. 😢

Well I was advised to pay up by the first agent . . .cos I contacted her to stop all these rubbish.

Well I've paid up for what I don't know and have been embarrassed about. To at least put a halt to the unjust defamation while I pursue my case.

They've embarrassed you and you paid. You should have made this post before paying. However, if you have email correspondence between you and their agents, as well as the defamatory messages sent to your contacts, you can proceed to make a formal complaint against them to the consumer protection council as well as any other regulatory agency.

Me too,I just don't understand why some people are just heartless.i got a call from their "supposed" customer care and offered a loan with low interest,I was sent a link on WhatsApp, which I clicked on,I tried filling my details on the new page, but it was just loading... so I couldn't finish, only to get an credit alert of 7410 to pay 14500 in less than a week from CASHLAWN... When I called to clarify myself,they started cursing, even threatened to blackmail me... they're evil.. I've cleared it sha... just avoid them by all means..

If you have documentary and other evidence then you should take it up legally. It will cost you, but you will surly gain if patient enough.
The problem though with such loan companies is that they are briefcase businesses. Likely one man shows without fixed assets. They can close shop tomorrow. The owners can relocate next month, so it is difficult to get anything out of them.
Anyway good sincere lawyer will ask you for details of who you want to sue. Do they have fixed assets etc.

You should have gotten justice, but the fact that they baited you with their women agents which you fell into because you love any woman's voice. Use this as a lesson that, if you can avert woman you will be free from 99.9999% problem.

They defamed you and u still went ahead to pay. All losses on you. U would have taken the defamation as the repayment for the loan but you naively went ahead to pay.

This people sent me a message on Whatsapp yesterday mentioning someone that I have in my contact list and threatening to kee the person, his family and me that doesn't even know anything about the loan app, that the money will be used to buy casket for him and his family today, that they're taking my picture and the person's picture to one yeye shrine like that. I'm not even scared bcuz I don't know anything about loan not to talk about cashlawn, I told the person that thunda will fire him or her. They wrote rip, his BVN, arrest anywhere seen and HIV/AIDS patient on his picture and send it to me. I insulted the person and this is the number +234 903 690 2165
