Lol Read the comments and you will see that Nigerians do not eat vegetables..lol. Dem no see meat, fish, skin, etc. No wonder dem dey die young. 80% of the diet that promotes longevity should be organic greens. Dem wan load carbs from grains and meat. Lol. It is well.
