Dangote refinery is now aiding the US economy instead if Nigerian economy . I remember when govt lied that if this refinery came onboard price of Petro will greatly reduce and we will have more forex but now this is the complete opposite |

tiwasiaife:don't mind those people saying what they know less about. If Buhari had mortgaged all our crude to external business tru debt, whr is the present govt getting money to share through federal allocation to states? Same federal allocation that has doubled under Tinubu. |

A hopelessly useless place. When there was no refinery, they were importing refined products using scarce forex. Now that Dangote claims he has built refinery, the same scarce forex is to be used in importing crude that flows freely under our subsoil. Something is certainly wrong with this country, a jungle for criminals. So drilling crude oil is now a rocket science as electricity generation and distribution has been. What is even working in Nigeria? |
| Re: Dangote Refinery’s Second Crude Oil Shipment Leaves US For Nigeria by BigBashiru: 7:55am On Mar 03, 2024 |
Because the UK German Italy France Belgium and United States regards nigerias crude oil as theirs and those running NNPC and nlng hv inferiority complex and can't challenge it. Also challenging it may lead to the Europeans sending troops here under the presence of supporting democracy. |

Questionnaires:There are willing Nigerians in top places willing to sell and subvert the interests of Nigerians. But often time they do so unconsciously. They hv been colonial brainwashed that the white man is a god and the Europeans capitalize on it. That's why you hear Nigerians say things like "Just give the Refinery to Europeans to run, they will run it better" most are brajnwashed. Europe has energy needs and they need cheap energy and they won't let go of Nigeria since they get cheap crude from here which they now refine ij their own refineries. Final point is that often Nigerian elite in NNPC and Co act in the interest of the western countries also due to their greed. |

chiiraq802:Cruise indeed. I don't know how to even explain to my children, that we had longed for a refinery, so we exported our crude, only for us to have an individual refinery and then instead of feeding crude stock to this individual project, they told this guy that crude no dey, so he's now importing crude......... Indeed our God must be great. |

Stop turning the truth upside down. Nigeria's crude oil is being used to repay loan simple. The remaining oil needs to be sold outside for the much needed forex. Dangote can't buy in dollars Mynd44: |
