They are charging high fares as a result of the business risk of doing business in Nigeria. Forex can go up anytime and you end up with loss after conversion to USD. Also let us not forget how their funds were trapped in Naira because the previous administration could not provide USD . |

This government is clueless they think by rigging elections everything would fall in place. You know what to do so our naria would appreciate and when our naria appreciate we won't be having this conversation. Do the right thing nooo but instead they're banning Binance and threatening to sanction foreign airlines. Keep driving business out of our country ehear. |

kcprince:see them.. They will always make excuses for external bodies against their country, and they will be pretending to love the country dearly, no wonder they are the ones calling the country a zoo. That was how they were supporting binance against the country despite the fact that we all knows the atrocities the saboteurs are using the platforms and its likes to commit. Binance is so good that that countries like Netherlands, UK, Canada, China, India and the rest banned it from operating in the country. U re blaming ur country for not emulating Canada, but u re the last citizen that would do what Canada citizen would do. If u re like this, if u re one of those wanting the fall of Nigeria then it shall not be well with you and ur generations unborn, u shall not know goods in ur entire life. Pray for Jerusalem and those that want it shall prosper that is what our Bible tells us, I this case Nigeria is our Jerusalem and if u want bad for Nigeria just because u want to gain cheap point, then u shall not know good. They are still attacking me just because I cursed the enemy of my dear country.... imagine ooh ![]() |

.same thing with motor parts. Just avoid buying motor part this time around. If your car is faulty just go pack it or be ready to pay triple for the parts and repairs. Yesterday I was surprised how much I spent for nonsense little consmetics fix. Even if dollars fall now. Things will not come down again. The only way is that naira need to be stable after gaining so much ground for 7 months to a year before things will gradually come down. Otherwise sudden gain wouldn't do anything |

This present govt ehh. Everything is sanctions sanctions to these Lagos boys. Was this how they created and developed their Lagos after slave trade ?.... The way they sanctions everything in this country ehh. With force.... You want to control air fares. You can have your own jets and fix your amounts. When you run all these private sectors out of it, they will subsidize naah .. |

Its funny how you pay less money to fly from EU, US, Canada to Nigeria. And then pay x3 to return from Nigeria to your destination. Its even cheaper to fly from Ghana and neighbouring countries to your destination. If the FG dont want to solve their grudges then petition to Allow Airpeace into the EU regions (Since we could not actualize air Nigeria). Its only competition that can compel these airlines to behave better if you still don't want to settle them fully. Turkish citizens dont pay same fare with the rest others same with other national carriers. All these Bilateral agreements these Nigerian leaders are touring around the world in droves clamining to be signing, what is being tendered if not things like allowing our Nigerian carriers to fly to your airzones. |

I don’t know if Tinubu thinks he’s running a government or a mafia cartel. You can’t run a government by threatening, bullying, intimidating and now kidnapping people to do things your way. By the end of Tinubu’s administration Nigerians will learn that there is a difference between a person being good at politics and being good at governance/economics. |

Fools.... FG still owing them part of their 700m dollars and they want to sanction them on top of their money.... FG borrowed 2billion dollars to fund legislators brand new land cruisers qnd prados..... why dint they use that money to pay up their debts with these foreign airlines .... these guys are very very unserious ooo.... if I were these airline chiefs , we will just have a meeting and stop all foreign airlines into this country.... anyone that wants to fly I to the country should buy ticket to cotonou ... we dont even have a national carrier, that's how unserious the Government is .... we need them more than they need us... Nigeria is not their only market and their business will not crash if they stop flying here , only a percentage of their profit will drop ....it there was civil war , their business will not have still crashed |

tonicyril:Shut up. He is 100% right. You think foreign airlines enjoy hiking prices at the risk of losing customers to less expensive airlines? The current high rates are to hedge against Forex fluctuations because the Naira is vary unstable now. These people are here to do business and not to provide you free service at their own loss. If it’s easy then why does your useless government not establish its own national carrier and make it free na? Smh illiterates all over this forum. |
