1. Your claim about the UN providing medical aid in the USA is unsubstantiated.
2. The USA is notorious for having a very terrible medical system, the worse in the developed world, so taking pride in comparing Nigeria's food problem to the USA's medical system is stupid. Contrary to your claim USA's medical system is terrible, average earning people can't access it.
3. The USA is not begging Ukraine for food.
