Obj's choice of cabinet members portrayed him as the most detribalised Nigerian president ever.
In fact he also went across political party divide to pick Bola Ige of the the then AD as a minister twice despite he being in PDP.
He preferred performance to ethnic or party loyalty. Just look at an array of Okonjo-Iweala, Elrufai, Soludo, Ezekwesili, Nweke Jn etc and you will understand why he's still the best so far.
Whoever wants to out-perform him must embrace this liberal outlook too.
