Unfortunately, the money Nigerians spend on the tecno phones used to be the same money enough to buy high models of iPhones and Samsung phones . I saw a tecno phone some weeks ago with a price tag of over 400k , i couldn't even say anything

Not true. Many rich people use budget friendly phones like Tecno too as long as it meets their needs, so it's not even about the price. Truth be told, Tecno gives great value for a fair price unlike Apple who continue to reap it's customers yearly in the name of new launches which are basically the same as previous models
