That's the real meaning of a healthy life man, c'mon stop being bitter and erase your African mentality that the only way to identify a healthy person is to look obese.

I'm gonna be 30 in less than 6 months but I look 23 through my look, I'm 5'11in though so I ain't short, taking care of my body has been an advantage for me compared to my mates that chose not to take care of themselves. I watched whatever I put into my belly and never allow my busy lifestyle to stop me from engaging myself in exercise. Well, I know that doesn't guarantee a long life though but being chubby can be stressful when you are above 35. The only advantage of being chubby is that it command respect
