Show me a state in Nigeria, including your Lagos that you brag about that doesn't have a slum. Infact show me a city in Nigeria that doesn't have a slum, a ghetto and a fine area. Even big cities like Nairobi, Accra, Abuja, Cario all have ghetto and poor areas. So what's your point?
