Why are we as a country this low minded. This is a foreign owned country. What happened to our own indigenous manufacturers. Obviously these foreign investors are here to make profit, and send back to their country in their own currency. And we all know how much naira is to a dollar.

Problem with these Nigerian factories
is that, by the time their products come
to the market, it will end up being costlier
than the imported ones. Therefore, wetin
we gain❓❓❓😕😕😕

Same way Buhari commissioned various rice factories including rice pyramid at the end everything came out as rubbish

No need to celebrate. This will only make fresh tomatoes very costly due to scarcity created by this company buying up the tomatoes from farmers.

Nigerians are always quick to forget. They've forgotten the impact of Dangote tomato processing company on Price of fresh tomatoes because they are used to it.
Every family should plant tomatoes in its compound. It can be planted in sacks. Very simple

Where is the tomato plantation that will service the company? Abibwill they start dragging the small tomato we are managing with us? Instead of this baba to be commissioning plantations and farm settlements across all the states this start of farming season, he is doing showmanship. Nigerians, do not fail to plant something this farming season o, a stich in time saves nine they say. You will not like what will happen if come dry season, we have nothing to show for what they did with the planting season! Let they that have ears, hear .

Who are they trying to impress?

How far with the failed dangote tomatoes?

Tomatoe companies will never last in Nigeria because they don't have the base which is tomatoes. Simple.
What happened to others will happen to this one.

I don't understand why the simple Economic Laws that works very well in other parts of the world refused to work here in Nigeria

Tinubu and Shetima are busy spending tax payers looking for more foreign investors that will milked more forex from Nigeria and devalues the naira. Guillible Nigerians rates governance based on the amounts of foreign investments they attract rather than the amounts of local investment they attract.

This is actually not audio. The project started 6 yrs ago. This is the largest tomatoes processing factory in Africa. GBfoods have been doing dis for a longtime now. I am not a Tinubu fan and this project has nothing to do with him but GBfoods did a perfect job in this farm

Yes it will benefit Nigerians in the long run. Few more years is needed to meet up the demand for the factory

Well this one has come to stay. GBfoods did a wonderful work here. This is a 6yr old project. The factory has been producing tomatoes for years now. This commissioning has nothing to do with the present government.
GBfoods is a major player in tomatoes business and that is why the company didn’t fail like dangote and others you mentioned. There’s a lot of years of experience behind this tomatoes paste we celebrate today

Paraman:
Hope the owners have a good plan for the factory sha so it won't end up like Dangote tomato factory. The government should give them company to import tomato from Europe.

The owners are very experienced in this field and this is why the project is very successful. GBfoods has been on this project for the past 6yrs.

Buhari didn't invest, when u invest money, u monitor ur investment, giving money out to people to embezzIe is not investment.
They rolled out billions that was èmbezzlèd by different caricature agriculture companies, cooperative societies, BOA staffs and the masses, that's not investment.
Investments is when u support farmers in the field by engaging them directly, seeing what they are doing and demanding accountability from them.
Sending billions to Minister of agric, through CBN etc and they form chains of Iooters that will cover their tracks and u inturn didn't put capable hands on deck is not investment.
