—For the physical money you shared on this thread. That is a normal thing because CBN prints money regularly to replace damaged notes and they only print the amount of note damaged so it can net out. So if a money is defaced, torn, or mutilated, you take it to the bank and they take it away from circulation. Banks take that note to CBN and then CBN have mechanism to destroy those notes and then reprint new notes for the same exact amount.
