I am going to survive the whole of Ramadan without eating a single food. But I will drink water whenever they are meant to eat

Because to me that fasting is not fasting at all. You eat heavy in the morning. You break by 7pm and eat constantly to 6AM in the morning. And just stay 13 hours without food and water. What's so special about that please? very easy

So In order to prove my point that that fasting is even enjoyment because most Nigerians eat once a day due to the economy but in Ramadan. It must be twice daily except you willfully decide to skip.

I will update my progress here as the day roll by.

Remember no single food throughout this period just water

Please stop putting fear into me because it won't work. I am well informed about the subject of fasting. I have seen people survive 21 days water only and nothing happened to the walls or linings of their stomach.

I know a man that does 40 days ×3 times in a year. In his 50s and is trim and looks better than the over eaters.

If weight loss is your goal, there are more healthier ways to go about it. Do you also intend to function during the entire period--- work, go out and interact with the world or your intention is to lie in bed during the entire period?.

I did mine today but drank water by 2 or 3 and decided to break it, I was also about creating a thread to notify the Moslem and Christian community that they're not the only ones going through Ramadan and Lent because a lot of Nigerians are on a voluntary fasting.

I'm seriously considering taking it seriously because I really want God to dissolve this country and wipe out this generational shame in the black "race".

I broke my dry fasting same time with the Moslems — by sunset (6:44pm). I said some prayers for some seconds and that was it. I'm ready for tomorrow's challenge.

Try it eat at 6:00 and don't take anything till 12p.m and come and share your testimony here. I bet you can't even last 10a.m

Today was hell but I still succeeded, I drank 3 sachet water when it was time to break the fasting (6:48pm). I just drank a bottle of soda (coke), bread (200), and akara (150) with my last penny while I think of a way to pay back the remaining 100 naira debt.

Today was really hell, I trekked for an hour while I was trying to get something to do. We go again tomorrow...

Today was also hellish because like yesterday, I trekked a on distance and fetched water which this cousin of mine uses without much care.

Anyway, when I woke up in the morning (5 am), my throat was so dried up that I had drink water and decided I would b drinking water at intervals — I drank water about 3 or 4 times before it was time to break the fasting. I also went on job hunting...

Right now, my chest is hurting and ulcer is trying to penetrate; it's probably because I haven't ate any nutritious food for a long time.
