According to Jesus Christ, to enter into Heaven, you must find and enter the Narrow gate which leads to True Life which is the path to Heaven, and this you can find only by a life of continuous submission to and obedience of the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ - a life of faith -until the very end - Matthew 24 vs 13 and Mark 13 vs 13. The requirements for entering the Narrow Gate which leads to True Life are outlined in the teachings of Jesus Christ as He clearly explained what one must do in order to become worthy of Him, to begin with, and those who make themselves worthy are those who are His followers, those who His Heaven is promised to.

1.I don't know if you are a Christian or not. But Jesus told his disciples to fast and pray .he told them that certain type of faith can only be gotten through fasting and prayer.

1. Labels are meaningless in the Kingdom of God. What matters more is whether you are living your life in continuous submission to and obedience of the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ, the one whose Heaven you intend to enter into when all is said and done.

Jesus Christ never said anything about a "certain type of faith". The problem with you lot is you are easily distracted by meaningless things. The mention of fasting(not to be confused with your starvation diets) and praying was for those who seek to cast out a particular type of spirit/demon such as the one which had infected the boy in the particular story.

As regards fasting, the only type of fasting God Almighty had every commanded of even His own people where it concerns obtaining favors from Him has absolutely nothing to do with starvation diets. Instead, God's commandment had more to do with engaging in good works on those select days in order to receive answers to prayers from Him - Isaiah 58 vs 1 - 14. The starvation fasting you lot engage in is born of Pagan ideas that by starving yourselves of food, somehow your deity of choice will take pity on you and answer your prayers. Why you think the Almighty is moved by that which moves what are you pagan deities is beyond me.

2. Please visit a Psychiatrist immediately to get yourself checked before it is too late. All a starvation diet can do is cause you to loose body mass. Any mental side-effects are not instead serious issues and should be handled appropriately

When you are falling from a aeroplane that is 30,000 ft in the air it will do you a whole world of good by putting on and trusting in the parachute to break your fall. The parachute that works is the best one by default. Put your trust in the finished works of Jesus and not in your own works of righteousness because it will fail you.
Eternal life and eternal damnation are not the same. The difference is clear. Trust in Jesus gives you eternal life.
If you have Jesus you have eternal life and if you have eternal life you have heaven at the end of it all.

1. Look, what God wants from His own is obedience and this of His very commandments. The only way to please God or to move Him is to do as He has commanded. So, as long as God never commanded a thing of you, if you do it, you do so in vain because you cannot honor Him by your vain measures.

So, whether you believe yourself free of sin or not, if you starve yourself of food thinking you honor God by doing so, you fool yourself. Why? Because God never asked anyone to starve Himself of food in order to get answers from Him. it is as simple as that.

2. what you describe here as true fasting is meaningless gibberish. It has no bearing whatsoever with that which God has in fact commanded. So, as you continue your "true fasting" realize you do not honor God by your religion/rituals since God made it clear from the beginning that the only way to please Him is through direct obedience to His very commandments to you. You are flying across beautiful New Zealand with about a dozen American tourists in a small chartered plane. As you gaze at a massive snow-capped and rugged mountain in the distance, the pilot quickly brings you back to reality. His voice is noticeably strained as he says that he is having serious problems controlling the plane. He soberly says that he is going to ditch the plane and that you must listen carefully if you want to live.

He calms your fears by telling you that the maker of the plane has made sure that there are enough parachutes under the seats for every passenger. He tells you to quickly reach under your seat and to put one on because the jump will happen at any moment.

Without warning, the plane suddenly drops a horrifying thousand feet creating chaos by sending cups and boiling coffee flying, burning passengers, and seriously injuring a flight attendant. You don't need any more convincing that he is telling you the truth. You quickly reach under your seat. The parachute is attached exactly where the pilot said it would be.

The man next to you is wearing earphones and watching a movie on his laptop. You tap him on the arm and say, "Excuse me. You had better take the earphones off." Then you explain what the pilot has just said. To your amazement the man says, "I don’t believe him. He’s lying. I believe that this plane had no maker." You are dumbfounded and ask why he would believe such a crazy thing. He answers that he thinks it fell together by chance. Then he said that the instruction booklet was bogus because he had found mistakes in it. When you ask him to be specific he smugly points to the word "neighbour," and the word "colour." You tell him that in New Zealand and the rest of the English-speaking world, both those words are spelled that way. Only America drops the "u." He laughs at you and calls you an idiot for believing that, adding that he thought the graphics showing how to put the parachute on were simplistic.

You become very concerned that he is going to die if he stays with the plane, so you warn him that he will die without the parachute. He says that you are using fear tactics; you have a death-wish, that you are a weak-minded and manipulative person who is fearful of dying.

Then he asks you if you think the plane is old or young. You tell him that the issue is unimportant to you. You just want him to put the parachute on, and then he can talk about the age of the plane.

He insists that it's extremely old, and that proves that no one made it. You reason with him by telling him that the chaos on the flight backs up what the pilot has told the passengers and so does the reality of the parachute under the seat. He thinks the chaos on the flight is the way it should be. Then he laughs at you and goes back to his movie.

Here is a proud and arrogant man who will find in time that what you have said is true. You look across the aisle and see another passenger who is enjoying a movie, and he's not wearing a parachute. You reach out and tap him on the arm…
