Nice video.. I want to see more of this. Nigerians especially the youths should create time to visit other parts of the country and interact with other cultures, travelling is also part of learning. A guy or girl above the age of 25yrs can't give any excuse as to why he/she can't travel and visit other parts of the country. There are good hotels and lodges everywhere for visitors to stay in. The poster should visit Gombe State as well, it's close to Bauchi. |

flokii:It seems you are yet to understand that tourism requires disposable funds and time. Which of these does the average Nigerian youth have. In these dire times and with a minimum wage that is smaller than a bus fare from Lagos to Calabar, where are you "touring to" ? Make we all seat down dey look |

It's a pity how Bandits, Fulani herdsmen, and kidnappers destroyed Tourism in Nigeria |

I was in Bauchi in 1999 when FIFA under 21 world cup was hosted by Nigeria. Bauchi was one of the hosting states of that competition. Lovely place, good stadium... |

flokii:What’s the percentage of Nigerians that have disposable income for interstate travel , accomodation and feeding ? What about insecurity issues ? Travel is expensive in Nigeria , people only travel maybe once or twice in a year… for burials, weddings or the Christmas holidays.. People can barely eat 3 square meals , you are talking about TRAVELLING.. you must be living in a bubble honestly, REALITY is different from the INTERNET 🛜 |

Their are small parts of Bauchi that very rich and power people have their mansions concentrated there (high fences, big gates, hyper clean, it has not been dirty in 20 to 30 years, and looks isolated even though their are people inside)... And their are parts of Bauchi (in the mountains) that you would see wagons pulled by cows & very rural. You would think it is 1930's Generally, it is great place for gentle people. Not much money here (dry) but if you want to raise family (less bad influence compared to other parts of Nigeria). The time it had terrorist problem was during Jonathan era, mostly peaceful but also have many dangerous spot that if you do anyhow, you would see anyhow. |

flokii:does the bolded really make sense to you? Are you sure you live in this country? Tourism is the last thing on the mind of am average Nigerian. Traveling to bauchi from Lagos would cost about 30,000 naira. The hardship no reach your side? Guy, no vex me o |

Insecurity, poverty, corruption, lack of maintenance and the fact that our leaders get to travel outside 9ja for tourism destroyed Tourism in the country. |

hardbody:You are so ignorant and shallow. It’s so dangerous and terrible, yet there are MILLIONS of people there going about their daily lives with no trouble whatsoever. But once little puny YOU get there, they will kidnap and abduct you immediately because you are so special, and God’s gift to mankind. Mumu. |

Topman7:Talk is cheap. Tell me about your personal experience touring this country. I am almost certain i have visited locations more than you'd been able to, but you will, for the sake of likes in NL, close your eyes and ears to reality. I may be a mumu, but I'd like you to share your pics about your visit to Maiduguri, Sambisa and some locations around Orlu in Imo state and perhaps the beautiful creeks of Bayelsa. Mr. deep and wide. |

Rahkman:Don't mind that werey. I was in a bus from Abuja to Kaduna (after flying into town from Lagos because we were meant to move as a team). There were just three of us in that bus (sent by one of my directors getting married to a second or third wife in Kaduna). We were flanked by 5 Mopols fully armed but the fear was so palpable that on the return trip i went straight to the airport and flew direct back to Lagos. One person will sit down here and be downplaying the security issues of this country. |
