Liverpool should have won that game, they were denied a clear penalty IMO. Doku giving Mac Allister a kungfu kick šŸ¦µšŸæ in the chest right in the 18.

Manchester City got out passed and out played and Haaland was regulated by Van Dyke
calm down o they were not completely outplayed but liverpool had the edge plus doku hit the post late in the match

Action movie IN ABA!!!

Enyimba score at the death, goal was wrongfully flagged offside by the AR, referee Nura Abdullahi disallowed the goal following consultation with his AR.

Enyimba protest the decision, referee goes and views the replay from Startimes broadcast and awards the goal.

Doma United FC protest the decision to award the disallowed goal and refuse to continue the game.

Referee sees out the time and blows the final whistle.

SUPER EAGLES 'He still has Nigeria in mind' - Source close to Olise reveals
Tunde Young ā€¢ 10:16 - 09.02.2023
A source close to Crystal Palace star Michael Olise reveals the player still wants to play for the Super Eagles
Crystal Palace star Michael Olise is still open to representing Nigeria after turning down an invitation from Algeria recently.

A source close to the player revealed that Nigeria is Olise's preferred nationality if his first-choice France doesn't offer him a chance soon.

The 21-year-old is eligible to represent France, England, Nigeria and Algeria internationally and has already rejected an approach from the Algerian FA.

Olise still wants Nigeria
A source close to Olise told OwngoalNigeria that the 21-year-old is interested in playing for the Super Eagles if his French ambition doesn't work out.

Michael Olise
ā€œOlise has a certain attachment to the Nigerian team and that is why he accepted a call-up two years ago,ā€ the source said.

ā€œHe didnā€™t honour it due to issues and also the sack of the coach, but he still has Nigeria in mind if he does not make it with the French team," the source continued.

ā€œHis talks to turn down an invitation from Algeria has led to talks of them shaming him that he canā€™t into the Nigerian team," he said revealing the condition under which Olise would play for Nigeria.

Michael Olise is eligible to play for Nigeria
ā€œHowever, I tell you, if Nigeria come calling at the right time, he will jump on it," he said emphatically offering hope to the Super Eagles.

Olise currently represents the French u-21 national team and is hoping to make the step up to the senior team by the next World Cup.

Aside Osimhen, his name should be first in the list of forwards. He is the fastest and the most technical.

No, its your head it flew over, and its still flying..

You don't use friendly matches to cap tie a player... play in for 90 minutes in both games and give him captain armband, he will still honour England's call up if they come calling... Its only a competitive game that can be used to cap tie a player..

Like a said the point flew over your head

Why would you say Haaland was regulated by Virgil ??

All these are lies and false narratives the only to fuel your unknown agenda

You wonā€™t talk about how Liverpool stole the entire midfield and your almighty rodri was made to drop misplaced passes and looked like a novice, youā€™re talking about Haaland that barely even got a proper service in the game guy why na

Better is subjective..
I don't think historical sentiment is the issue here.
We mostly don't remember his exploits in Keshi's team
We're talking about the here and now
The key is, he delivers for the SE whenever called upon

The others should also show that they've got what it takes to retire him completely

I wanted to reply the post you just quoted, but saw that it was Komekn's, and decided to ignore.

Omeruo in my reckoning is the best we have got now, how he doesn't start matches, eludes me. Calvin Bassey is also very good and deservedly starts matches. That is the conumdrum i am trying to deconstruct.

Unfortunately it's been proven that you can over stay your welcome in the NFF controlled SE. If you do the required needful in the Nigerian context.

Selection in every national team is anchored on your outstanding consistent top quality performances in your club and league.

In the case on Omeruo he has been in mediocre tooany times he has been left for dead out jumped, bullied and swept aside. Yet you call him legend .

I simply have higher expectations for the SE.

And by higher expectations, you mean an all "borrowed"... sorry.. I mean boro Super Eagles of Peckham.

Dey market dey go. We dey watch

Chukwueze last minutes strike against Empoli yesterday will do a lot for his confidence moving forward. The way he controlled the ball moved past 3 defenders to strike that ball shows his great personalty despite criticism from so called Milan fans who are surprisingly mostly Nigerians. These Nigerians don't even watch Milan games. They rely on livescore and stats to judge players performance. Well, Chuku will not mind them.

Real Milan fans know Chuku hasn't been given enough opportunities to showcase his talent and they are standing by him. (No preseason, injured for a month and was at AFCON for a month).

His goals against Dortmund and Newcastle shows how deadly and talented Chuku is and Milan fans remember!

Chuku will be a Milan legend. All he needs is our support. As fellow Nigerians it is shameful going under Milan post disparaging your own countryman. If you can't support him then keep quiet!

What agent are you talking about SHITTU ?

I am just saying from what I was told from the people who matter at the academy that's not what they said.

Shittu did not discover Mikel. It was Babawo Mohammed who discovered Mikel playing on the street. After that, he took Mikel to Kashimawo Laloko who was the brain behind Pepsi football club. All these happened long before Shittu came into the picture.
