Very useless parents.

You are poor and unfit to be parents and you know it. Yet you Bleep without condoms or any birth control. Then turn around to dump a kid that did not ask to be born.

This is why eugenics is NOT always a bad idea. People like this should be sterilised.

even though what the useless mother did is wrong, it's better to abandon that kill the child and throw him in the trash. The child has become a government child.
