It's a big disgrace that in the year 2024,Nigerians are suffering and can't boast of constant electricity.
I have never seen the type of epileptic supply of electricity Nigerians are presently passing through.
South Africans are laughing at us that we are a generator Republic.
Truly we are a generator Republic as all day at the office you hear the noisy sound of generator and also when you get home and you want to sleep another set of generator sound continues.
Nigeria who do us like this.
It's a big shame very big shame that the so called giant of Africa will allow its citizens to pass through this stress and nobody is saying anything.
I was in South Africa some time ago and I never one day heard the sound of generator, I did not one day sight policemen on the road as there is a control room monitoring all nooks and cranies of neighbourhood in South Africa.
I even heard that the power holding companies don't even have electricity in their functioning offices.
If they themselves don't have electricity, how will other people now have..
I think we may have to appease the Gods if that is what will end the suffering in Nigeria.

What people like Nigerians are good at his yelling online about the cost of everything and security challenges instead of coming out for a mass protests everyone would be cowering under their God forsaken roofs waiting for miracles and insulting themselves online. Useless cowards

It is because you don't research these countries who insult you, that you are so vulnerable to their insults.

If they call you generator republic, call them generator republic back, then go on Google news, and find the NUMEROUS reports on their DAILY power cuts, and post them on X or facebook or wherever they are insulting you!

Nobody can make you feel inferior without your permission.

As a proper Onitsha man, I support meeting GBAM with GBAM, but the power situation in the two countries are not comparable my guy. I don't care how many articles you link up. Some parts of Nigeria don't see light for months sef . A whole Lagos state ....no light is a common thing. Abeg don't push Nigerians into an argument they'll end up embarrassing themselves

You're talking crap.

THEY TAKE LIGHT DAILY IN SOUTH AFRICA.

Anyone can throw that FACT back at them.

Of course you must use what the media say.

They cover the entire country and know what's happening better than you or any poster in Joburg!

How do South Africans know we have light issue in Nigeria if not for your BIG MOUTHS that go around trashing your country online at every turn?

You will have SOUTH AFRICANS with GENERATORS RUNNING in their houses typing on X and insulting you that you have no light in Nigeria.

Even if (supposedly) their power situation is not as bad as Nigeria's, it doesn't mean you accept their insults.

If you are blind, and a one-eyed man passes by your compound every morning laughing at your condition, it wouldn't hurt you to remind him that he is one-eyed, and so shouldn't laugh too loud.

But because they know you are people with a complex who think every country is better than yours, they take advantage of your self hating mentality.

Today you have people in SOUTH SUDAN where access to electricity is under 8% for a 10 million population, yabbing YOU in NIGERIA with access to electricIty of 60% for a 240 million population as having ''no light in Nigeria'' simply because of what you loud mouth idiots blab about the country daily online.

Look at Ghana that has been insulting you over light on twitter for ages.

They take light in Ghana DAILY.

They pretend online that it doesn't happen, but their hosting of the All African Games is exposing them before all the world, as power cuts plunge stadiums into darkness to the utter embarrassment of the nation of pretenders whom YOU have trained to act like such things only happen in Nigeria!

Tell your paid masters zombieing you to counter issues against them that they are big disgrace to humanity and a big disservice to Nigerians.
For several months in Nigeria, most houses don't even have electricity for 10 minutes in a day and you are comparing yourself with a well run country because you have been paid to defend them.
Posterity will surely judge you people .

Those guys are paid agents to defend them .Don't just bother yourself as nothing you will say will change their minds as it has been bought.
Just ask them how many hours do they have light in a day and they will tell you 23 hours whereas in Nigeria currently if you see light for 10 minutes you will thank God.

They are paid agents doing the work they sent them.
They are working for their salary as this is what they will show to their evil masters.
Their soul have been bought already so you won't really blame them like that.
Just pray for them to be set free from captivity so that they will see the light one day.
