1.Is the Supreme court right to install ROTIMI AMECHI AS THE Governor Of Rivers State when he did not contest the election against other candidate of other parties? 2.What other avenue that are open for the aggrieved personed to seek redress? 3.What issue did ROTIMI AMECHI sought the court for redress regards his substitution by his party (PDP) |

I think the best way out is a new election. I am sure that Mr Rotimi Amaechi is after all an illegal occupant to the seat. If what chief Gani fawehinmi said is anything to go by, then a new legal battle is inevitable unless other candidates adopted Amaechi as Governor. |
