I have fund my account with 1k through opay.
I did that around 6 and they sent a notification that I can see riders request.

But till this moment, I haven't received a request yet? But they're lot of request in City to City Catergory.

Maybe your bank. I have never experienced it with Kuda. Sometimes I get debited twice. I don't really bother myself because after like an hour ,Kuda reverses the failed transaction. So it's a bank thing.
