Only people who do care for the long term stability and prosperity of Nigeria, will applaud these sectional appointments. There will be a northern president at some point in the future who will do the same thing. Ultimately it is the nation that suffers

After the charade by Southern Governors from Enugu to Asaba to Lagos in the name of Southern Presidency πŸ˜‚.

As you can see most of this agencies have never been headed by people from the West .....
Minister of Works was initially Fashola today it is Former Governor of Ebonyi.....
Yorubas have hardly been appointed as CBN governor, Inec chairman, Immigration Boss, Custom boss, Army chief, or Police Inspector General....
E still remain Inec chairman for the west

Like I said most of this agencies have been occupied by people of other ethnic group ....

It seems you just forgot Buhari did this from 2015 to 2023 for the region he came from. Unfortunately when we were shouting some said the only appointment that requires federal character is that of the ministers.

In Buhari's regime most of the agencies are handled by the North but this guy is taking it to a dangerous position by handing most of the positions not just to the south but to the south west in specific.

No president in this fourth republic did what these APC presidents have done and unfortunately it's going to be worse than this in the coming years..

When South South and south east were shouting the south west and the other Northern region enjoyed the status quo because they were part of the system. Unknown to the North what they started will soon hunt them in the broad day. grin . They should enjoy what they started.

Very unfortunate position we find ourselves.

The only detribalise, pan and National president Nigeria ever had was Chief Olusegun Obasanjo. Oh my, I almost knew all his cabinet minister's name back then in my Jss 2. Appointment all cut across the whole of Nigeria... With everyone feeling a sense of belonging.

Nevertheless, She merit it though.
