I don't agree to the part of "resulting from excessive spending and poor financial management" at least it doesn't apply for everybody. Some people are already in sapa mode by default, and most Nigerians don't even spend lavishly and excessively, yet they're still poor and struggling, they only spend money on the basic needs of life and very important things.
Nigeria is one of poor capital country in the world
