We've got that in the current President. Obi BTW is not a saint or a visionary. It is more difficult for followers to change leaders. They will only be risking their lives and benefits.

You killed your argument with the example of Peter Obi when he was the governor of Anambra state. No Nigerian has invested in primary and secondary schools education since Awolowo passed than Peter Obi. Make your research.
