The fact that the soldiers involved are in the amphibious divison confirm it to be a creek matter. Like u posited, Nigerian Army fit use air combat and it will lead to innocent people losing their lives. Anybody wey get family for that side need to tell them to travel ASAP.

All these statement wey Nigerian army release na just for PR purposes, dem go level that community in the coming weeks.

But I’m curious: how will the repair be done at the Red Sea?

For proper context, the Red Sea is a vast sea.

The Red Sea has a surface area of roughly 438,000 km2 (169,000 sq mi).

This is akin to putting the whole of Lagos and Anambra inside one sea with extra capacity remaining.

I want to learn.

Will Main One sub sea Engineers dive into the Red Sea to fix the faulty cable and then stay inside the Red Sea for 5 weeks while the repair of the faulty cable is done, or will they stay inside a ship, floating on the Red Sea, and evacuate the cable buried inside the deep sea as the fixing will now happen inside the ship?
