How many will guide a local government chairman? The FG needs to impose a monthly tax of 200k and above per policeman or woman assigned to guide any civilian/VIP and also increase the salaries they are being paid by those VIPs. This is the only way to prevent goats and fowls from having police as their bodyguards.
