You are not correct sir.. You are saying all the FAAN staff are not enjoying the job indirectly, also it is not only salary... Furniture grant, child education etc... Everybody knows that NNPC can not be compared with FAAN.

There is uniformity in salary as long as you are working in a particular organization be it FAAN or others. A petroleum engineer and a Physicist who work in NUPRC will be placed on the same salary scales if they are both graduates. If your basic salary is not attractive, you should know that there will be a problem. Why delving into allowances that can't be paid? Not all agencies paying allowances

It is not you that will tell us the uniformity in salary of agencies, everybody knows.. We are aware that it is not all agencies that pay allowances .. But we are talking about FAAN here

I lived in FAAN staff Quarters the one opposite MMIA Ikeja Lagos for three years..I know few things about them. They just paid their Furniture grant ooo.. The way you described FAAN.

Have you seen their Apls? If you do, you will notice that their salaries stated were inordinate, unreasonable and preposterous sum of money. That agency shouldn't be classified as E. Grade level 7 step 2 is receiving 348k per annum.
