There's no law that covers such incidents in Nigeria, as long as he has a valid driving license. That's why it's called an accident.

He's going to jail bro. Just because it's manslaughter doesn't mean he'll go scot free, it just means he won't be charged for murder. Lesser sentence, but still gets punished severely
