The Federal Government has commenced the prosecution of a man

Who is the aggrieved here ? Is it Fashola or the FG ? If it is Fashola that was defamed, why is the FG prosecuting the case ? Shouldn't Fashola himself be the one bringing the case to a neutral court ? Is Fashola and the FG one and the same ? Or was the guys accusations correct in the first place for the FG to prosecute him on Fashola's behalf ?
