The young man and his colleagues defamed Fashola, the judges of the supreme court on the PEPT.
Not just that, his publication could have caused a national tragedy, if people had taken to the streets to protest the verdict of the PEPT. He should be tried for trying to cause anarchy in the country.

A private citizen took another to court. What's the problem? Nobody should turn SM to court. He knows what he said and can stand for it. That's all. It's in this country that a serving senator was convicted of assault on a normal citizen; that several governors got their mandate back; that Sowore, Igboho.... won the federal government in court.
