which innocence is he going to prove?

have the military authorities proved that the soldiers who were killed were on a sanctioned national assignment?
it seems you know what others don't know. You can avail yourself to the security to testify what you know about the killings.

I do not know where you got your knowledge from, but you are very wrong...

Tee up: Miss Grace Anita Paul v. The Chief of Army Staff, read it and educate yourself, meanwhile, this is a summary of that case:

The Court held that:
"The Nigerian Army lacks the power to arrest, investigate, and hold in custody, anyone who is not subject to the Armed Forces Act or any other military law."

The Police power to investigate comes under Sections 4 and 84 of the Police Act. The military has no such powers over civilians, the reason people are not in the streets protesting is because we know that the rule of law does not mean sh!t in 9ja.

Did Miss Grace Anita Paul kill an army personnel

Now it is happening.

I can now type: “RIP in advance”.

Sorry man.
The police had betrayed your trust in them.
What a pity.

If he is not involved, nothing will happen. All eyes are on the military too so everyone will play wisely.

Its like in this black world we are living in, we see strange things as norms. It is the military that supposed to hand over suspect to the police for God sake.

Re: Police Hand Over Delta King, Ikolo To Military by wink2015(m): 3:21pm On Mar 29
WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT THESE 17 SOLDIERS THAT THE FG PARTICULARLY THE MILITARY DO NOT WANT TO ALLOW PEACE REIGN?

Is Boko Haram not killing soldiers in the northern part of Nigeria particularly in the North East state of Borno, Yobe and Adamawa.

Is heaven falling when many southern soldiers are killed?

What about Sheikh Gumi who has arrested him or even searched his house despite all the crimes he has committed soliciting for ransoms and encourage terrorism in Nigeria.

What right do the soldiers have to search the house of Chief Edwin Clarke ( Ijaw leader )

Chief Clarke is even in Abuja living a peaceful life.

ALL THIS HEAVEN MUST FALL BECAUSE 17 SOLDIERS DIED IS UNCALLED FOR.

Yes, it is painful to loose the gallant soldiers but the army is overdoing things.

They are preventing the local or natives of Okuama and other community from living their normal lives.

Many of the locals of the community are still hiding in the forest because of reprisal attack by the soldiers that were deployed there by the Tinubu government.

The revenged tactics of the Nigerian army is quite appalling.

THE NIGERIAN ARMY "OVER DO"

And when you "over do" you have no case.

The sympathy that many Nigerians had for the army when they lost their military personnel is declining because the military is HELLBENT of carrying out TOTAL REPRISAL.

EVEN THE CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER OF DELTA STATE, GOVERNOR SHERIFF AND HIS ENTOURAGE WHERE PREVENTED FROM TAKING THEIR FIRST EYEWITNESS REPORT BY THE SO CALLED "BLOCK HEAD SOLDIERS"

If you can not respect a whole governor of a state who then can you respect.

THE SOLDIERS OVER REACTED.

For now they ( ARMY ) do not have any case to present having done their worst.

There is a need to set up an independent panel of enquiry to unravel the mysteries surrounding the death of the gallant Nigerian soldiers and officers.

Gallant....check well .. anything like that for Niger Delta is linked to Black gold.If not that how can you explain the savagery deaths.

So a traditional ruler is even involved? Well he has to answer for his complicity.
But when are they going to hand the Northern animal,Gumi,CEO of banditry Group of Companies Ltd, over for serious investigation and prosecution under National Security Act by the FG?
By the way,why are the police handing a murder suspect over to the military, instead of the other way round?

Hahahaha!!!! What a useless country, what am i saying sef, this contraption is not a country, in normal countries, where humans are in charge, the army hands suspect over to police, but here, animals are incharge, while agbadorians(lower animals) are in support.

You are a born fool and I don't blame you, you inherited madness from both parents.

The military has DMI who investigate, you are just too stupid to know.
The DMI is worse than DSS and Police combined. They do a through job and are very secretive but ruthless. They are the ones handling the Miyetti Allah guy.

By the time they are done with these fools, you and your fellow idiots can go hang if you don't like it.

Only police, DSS, Civil Defense can prosecute.

But in this case I think they need to know the root cause of the conflict...
