PDP is not a dull party. It just has dull persons running it.

Renegades who took over the party only see the party as a means to an end and are hardly committed to building it.

Since Obasanjo and Jonathan left, the party only had seasonal rallying points like Atiku who has not said anything about PDP since he lost election and petitions.

Bukola Saraki needs to take over the running of the party and he must ensure Atiku doesn't get the ticket in 2027. Whoever gets the ticket in 2027 must be someone who can have a chance of winning in 2031 if APC does not deliver.
If PDP was not run by renegades, the party would be feared.

It beats me why they didn't do that even prior to the election. A sign of a weak party. In fact, the fact that they let Atiku buy their ticket showed that they learnt nothing from their 2015 defeat. This is the time to collapse the weak corrupt party or ask Obi to lead and merge them with LP.
