As soon as chemicals in the food they eat (if they eat badly), start eaten deep into their system, dem go die fast too.

Number 1: Main reason....he eats organic food from his farm. This is the real secret to longevity and good health.

Number 2: He still exercises. Many ex soldiers cannot again because of bad health. Many have pot bellies, taking medications for diabetes, hbp, etc. How can such be agile again?

Number is will not be possible if Number 1 is out of the equation. And baba does not do hard training again. Any civilian who at least can run, and do press up will be fit if Number one achieved at the early stage.
