Based on what you wrote, this is my own submission:

1. The DNA test is only necessary between Mohbad and the Son. With the family's approval, a sample of his bodily fluid, tissue or hair can be given to them by the government.

2. Mohbad's father has no right to tell Wunmi to conduct the test with his own DNA, as it's very much possible that even Mohbad isn't his own son. Everything that needs to be done is based on Mohbad's body, the father needs to keep quiet.

3. Wunmi also has to conduct a DNA test between the baby and her, so that in a case of DNA mismatch, we'd know the if the baby also came from the mother or not.

If the above can be done, then we're good. They should allow Nigerians rest!
