Well I think it is o .. lool. When I was growing up my friends always made jest at me being short and frail. They will tell me I should go and be eating beans. It was a popular saying then. Na so I para for my mom to be cooking beans for me.
I developed love for beans which made it my best food now . By the time we finished secondary d school I was way taller than them . Infact most of them look much smaller than me now . I m 6,2 or 182m...
182cm is 5ft11, bro.

Rice is not a carbohydrate, but rather a good SOURCE of carbohydrate.
Similarly beans is a very good source of protein, and also of carbohydrate, b vitamins etc.

Most food have a high percentage as water leaving the rest nutrients taking less than 50% of the weight.

So any food source that has 20%+ of its mass as any of the food classes, is a very good source of that nutrient.
No food is a class of food in itself. I meant to say Rice is considered a good source of carbohydrates. And is classified under it
