Iran will not be interested in precision and their ballistic missiles will carry warheads that can obliterate areas of 300ft radius.

even Iran threads carefully because if it's an all out war USA will surely settle grudge with Iran. So Iran will just strike an embassy of Israel but not in Israel because WW3 will start and spread from there. Saudi will hit Yemen seriously
