The father and mother of the child can both do a DNA test, if the test confirms the mother and the alleged father isn't confirmed by the test, then there was no swapping at birth. Even in Nigeria, which has a truckload of problems, nurses and doctors don't sometimes swap babies - those cases are extremely rare.

And in case you don't know, swapping babies is a criminal offense in Nigeria, 99.99% of doctors and nurses aren't interested in doing something that could damage their whole career... and for how much?
