Boko Haram people forcefully released from Kuje.

Wadume freed.

Sunday Igboho freed.

Sani Yerima who introduced disaster in Nigeria through his sharia criminal justice system in a pluralistic Nigeria is looming like king all over the place.

Nnamdi Kalu's IPOB had no violence as motto and acted so for years until the real terrorists started to send Nigeria's soldiers to kill unarmed IPOB people.

We are using continued detention for Mazi Nnamdi Kalu to lure Igbos into another civil war against Nigeria, so that a worse genocide will take place.

We worship crude oyel in the Niger delta region hence dungeon for anyone who dares us with it.

You can’t separate northerners from their own problems, they enjoy their problems, they celebrate their problems and they romance with their problems.

They only cry when another tribe is in power, celebrating the release of a man like wadume?

Why is Evans still in prison if Wadume is now a free man.

One day soon, this nonsense will come to an abysmal end
Seems some Northerners celebrate these bandits. I said it, bandits and terrorism will drastically reduce when northerners are serious.

Just watch, they will start calling you Obidient or saying the truth. But this are the things that further plunge our nation into abyss of no return.

See how swift the army were in mobilising troops to go take revenge in okuoma.

But boko haram laid ambush and killed soldiers last week, we are yet to hear the army tweeting "What audacity"....

And we haven't seen them mobilising troops to go flush the area from boko haram.

In this current settings, Nigeria can not work. It's either we go back to regional govt of we separate.
Or IPOB.

How is he not responsible for their deaths? Who alerted the army that the plainclothes policemen were kidnappers leading the army men to shoot them to death? He knew exactly what he was doing when he misled the army men and deserves nothing less than 25 years in jail.
Those army were his accomplice, the policemen identified themselves to the army but they still shot at them. They were on patrol when they flagged down the police vehicle carrying Wadume. You can't hold him responsible for the unprofessionalism and criminality of the army.

It’s obvious they are one and the same, they enjoy what’s happening in their region. Just imagine them celebrating a kidnapper.

Maybe Evans is still in prison because he is more of a kidnapper than Wadume

No be Abba Kyari be that wey hold the Wadume?? This life na mystery truly. They ended up becoming neighbors in Kuje Prison. Sotey the "arrested" come first the "arrester" get freedom. This is now looking more like a "set-a-thief-to-catch-a-thief" game

'Regionalizing' this nonsense doesn't help anyone. It just muddies the waters and prevents people from focusing on the real issues.

The article speaks about James Ibori who also received a 'hero's welcome' on his return from the UK after serving his sentence. (Mind you, the Nigerian legal system refused to convict him despite overwhelming evidence of wrongdoing - it took a legal system run by foreigners in a different country to make Ibori pay for his actions). Is Ibori from Northern Nigeria? undecided

The case of DSP Alamiyeseigha also comes to mind. Bayelsa also gave him a 'hero's welcome' - in carnival-like celebrations - after the man hurriedly left the UK under murky circumstances - despite being the subject of a probe in that country. undecided Was Alamiyeseigha from Northern Nigeria?

There are many examples of this nonsense across the entire country - North, South, East, West. Attack it for what it is - instead of 'regionalizing' it.

The policemen that were killed by his mob died in vain.

Anyone staking his life for this country is a clown. Serves them right.

He wasn't responsible for the death of the policemen, he didn't pick up a gun and kill the policemen, some soldiers did that. Wadume was arrested and charged for possession of firearms for which he was guilty of and sentenced to 7 years in jail. The soldiers that murdered the policemen had been courtmarshalled and thrown in jail too.
so the soldiers felt the need to jail break a kidnap kingpin from police custody, killing three officers out of the benevolence of their hearts and in bid to uphold the rule
Of law?

How many people did Alamiyeseigha and Ibori kidnapped, collect ransom from and killed.

Namaster:
Read the entire article, not 1 mention of the consequences faced by the soldiers who SLAUGHTERED 3 Policemen in a bid to RESCUE a kidnapper.

Just imagine the number of people this "Alhaji" has kidnapped to get the fat and lazy NPF to conduct an investigation and track him down. Yet, he has been set free!

Also be was sentenced to 7 years in prison (already absurd!) in 2019, yet he's out in 5. Letting a kidnapper and a flightrisk criminal go on good behaviour is dumb!
Prison sentence doesn't count like normal calendar... 7yrs prison term is lesser than 7 years in actual sense of it.

Even the Almighty God (I bow before Him) would be shocked at the strange specie of human beings He created in this bountifully blessed but highly unfavoured country.

All ethnic groups are shamelessly enmeshed in this "na our son/daughter" mindset.

No one from our tribe can be found wanting no matter the lorry-load of evidence against such a culprit.

It's called witch-hunting or an attack against the "ethnic nationality"!

It shows the extent of our mental stagnation as a people.
