OBI'S BOREHOLE COMMISSIONING: NEITHER DEATH, TRAUMA NOR INJURY:

In Sokoto, Bauchi, Niger and many other locations, several people died while struggling to collect Toxic, one off palliative. WHAT A SHAME. Others went home with various degrees of injuries & trauma with no palliative for succour.

Before you condemn someone because of your politically motivation and inducement try to reason first.
1. Do you know the availability of power in that locality? You will urge that there are solar powered borehole. That's a cogent one, but who will be responsible for maintenance? That's when common sense will tell you that some communities are better off with manual than electric powered boreholes.
2. We all know that emilokan government is chop I chop. We have seen budget provisions to the tone of several billions per imaginary street lights and boreholes where you kept mute.
