No emergency response team in the whole of Delta State.
With all the billions Delta State gets monthly no one single fully equipped and well staffed hospital in the whole of Delta State.
If you have health emergency in that state you will be lucky to make it out alive as there is no single function ICU or life support unit in the whole of the second richest state in Nigeria.
