With the way Peter Obi use to call Lagos state the most developed state in Nigeria underdeveloped I expected him to at least use his governorship position to transform in not the whole of Anambra but at least the capital to the likes of Kumasi Harare if he can not develop it to the level of Alexandria Joburg Cape Town Casablanca etc.
