olasubomy: Yes d agent did the charge back and have make anoda payment and IRCC confirmed it. For the 1st application, I did not have access to all the information he used. But my question is that if I apply for the GCMS NOTE FOR THE 1ST APPLICATION AND THE INFO IS DIFFER FROM THE 2ND APPLICATION, WHICH ONE SHOULD I USED OR SHOULD I BASE MY NEW APPLICATION ON THE INFORMATION I HAVE ON MY 2ND APPLICATION GCMS NOTE. Yes I filled the section where they asked if have been refused b4 and explained the reason there. |

godslead: No other locations apart from Lagos and Abuja. Go to VFS website, you will see various ways to book an appointment for biometrics. https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga/en/can/book-an-appointment 1 Like |

5454Darese: I see. Normally, you should have reached them first and booked an appointment for this purpose. The consideration letter after refusal is quite new to me and I hope people are reading this. That's why applicants should share their experience. It could be of immense help to others. What looked similar was a consideration letter written by a moniker in 2016 when I applied for my TRV and was waiting for a decision. She's a medical doctor who needed to go for a medical conference. she was to speak in that program as well. She had never been to any country before then. She said she wrote a consideration letter and submitted as part of her application and her visa was even approved ahead of others who were regular travellers. The IRCC invited her when she came back for a chat in their lagos office, during which they asked how did the conference go and they were touched by her letter so they considered her. Please take along what oluayebenz had stated in his response to you anytime vfs contacts you. Take care. |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by olasubomy: 11:39am On Apr 13 |
Temitaryor1: Ok, you would need to address concerns in both GCMS notes because that is the remark that would keep coming up to the attention of any visa officer attached to your file. Also, if you really declared your refusal then there is likely something inconsistent in your application. Perhaps, something the agent had filled in your first application which you are not aware of when filing the subsequent application. 2 Likes |

Eriokanmi: A letter of recommendation, or appeal, is not new. I tried in 2012, but I got a negative response. In 2012, me and three of my colleagues at work applied for a conference, and we all used the same documents (company documents, including bank statements). Only one person out of the four was approved. A month after the refusal, the remaining three of us wrote a "letter of reconsideration" to the embassy to see if they would reverse their decision. I wrote the letter of reconsideration, and I also submitted a fresh visa application to attend a conference that was scheduled for 2013. Out of the three applicants who submitted the reconsideration letters, only one of us got a positive response. But my new visa application was approved about two months after I got a negative response in regards to the letter of reconsideration I submitted. |

mamawa123:I see. But yours was quite different. It's not same scenario. You wrote a letter of reconsideration with a fresh application but in the moniker's mum's case, the letter was written after the visa application had been refused or rejected and a few days later, the rejection was reversed and same application was approved. I've never heard of, or seen this before. New things happen everyday which people can learn from. Another case, though different from this, which I've never heard of before was the lady whose case I once shared here at the US embassy. Her bank statement was showing a an amount lower than the requested figure. Ordinarily, its supposed to be an automatic refusal. Imagine the VO asking if she could present another bank statement with the amount requested as a requirement for a student and she said yes. The VO placed her on admin processing while she ran up and down to make up the money. I'd have found it difficult to believe . It was my account statement she presented. Those were very rare scenarios. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by mamawa123: 4:06pm On Apr 13 |
Eriokanmi: I wrote a letter of reconsideration first. After waiting for about a month without feedback, I submitted a fresh application. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Eriokanmi: 4:14pm On Apr 13 |
mamawa123:I understand you. But in your case, a decision was made based on your new application, not based on the one that was refused. That makes the scenario a different one from what the moniker had said above (you filled a new form, paid a new fee, etc) . Had your refusal of same application been reversed after the said letter was sent to IRCC and you got approved, then it would have been same scenario. |

Larash: Are you applying for UK visa or Canada? UK and Canada are part of the 5 eye that share applicants information but I dont think they share deep of applicants information only if you have been refused ban or criminal charges before. If you are applying to Canada let him invite you with the correct documents as a brother ,please state all your past refused visa. |

Ojularihabeeb: - Write a letter of sponsorship, and indicate in the letter that you cover the cost of her education. You can state your relationship with her and the reason why you want to sponsor her too. - POF: You will give her your bank statement too. |
