One month ago I bought an LG 1.5HP Split AC from Fouani and they sold me a fake Air conditioner that came with a fake Polystar air conditioner remote control made in Nigeria and I have calling them for a refund or replacement which they refused to do. It means that they are selling fake products to customers and will never replace them or refund them if found out, so stay from fouani store or dealers as I have confirmed them to being fraudsters

Those are items produced substandard to sell in poor africa countries. Those items cannot be accepted in europe or America but would find their way into africa because of greed and corruption which is why you find SON and Nafdac number on rizzlers but police would arrest and detain you if rizzler is found in your possession.

I went to buy LG tv and 2 types were brought to me; one in white cartoon, the other in brown cartoon and they were not same price; one was africa for africa and the other was fouani.

Pls dont buy electronics online unless you want africa for africa...

If you didnot purchase the AC from fouani showroom but online, fouani was no moral right to change the AC for you. Fouani has showrooms for this reason.

Keke? I am buying from the showroom in Asaba and going to a neighboring state. What I wanna know is if it is best to ask Fouani to deliver am for me or if I should just hire a car at Asaba Shoprite.

The air conditioner was sent from their ibadan showroom and it is very fake with both of the compressor and remote control

Stay away from fouani Nigeria because they sell fake LG products now and won't refund or replace it when you find out it's a bad product and fake

Dont hire a car from asaba shoprite.. no. Go to ibusa road, fouani showroom is there, buy and hire a shuttle bus from coker junction which is cheaper

I have given up bro, I'm already trying to get rid of the air conditioner by selling it so I can Buy another air conditioner from another vendor near me, I made the dreadful mistake of doing business with the fraudsters fouani and it will never happen again, I blame myself for this mistake as I could have bought a brand new Hisense Air conditioner from a vendor near me with lots of money remaining as change, I totally blame myself but I will correct this error

Exactly. I hope the complainant is not trying to destroy the name FUANI ignorantly or deliberately. I have bought a lot of home appliances from FUANI stores in Lagos I have never had any issue. In fact the last time my 5 years old washing machine component burnt I called them and they came to change the part for a reasonable amount of N25,000.

Please, get your facts right before you go to press.

How could you even try to justify this fraud. Of what use is their online platform? To sell substandard products?

Call them out, follow up it may be an internal job. It may not be fake though. But still call them out, you deserve a logical explanation.
