Nigeria is God's own country. We are everywhere...See what Boniface has done...he will soon be a small god like Osinhem.

Osinhem - Born in Lagos
Boniface - Born in Akure.

Bayer Leverkusen players dance to Flavour’s hit song “Ashaw0” after winning their first Bundesliga title with five games to spare thanks to a 5-0 victory over Werder Bremen.

Super Eagles’ Victor Boniface’s 25th-minute penalty set Leverkusen on their way before Granit Xhaka and Florian Wirtz scored stunning goals in quick succession.

Supporters stormed on to the pitch in mid-match when star man Wirtz added a fourth in the 82nd minute, and again when he completed a hat-trick soon afterwards.

Leverkusen’s landmark achievement ends an era of dominance for Bayern Munich, who had won the past 11 Bundesliga titles.

Unbeaten in all competitions this season, Leverkusen remain on course for a remarkable treble in Alonso’s first full season in charge, with the German Cup and Europa League still in their sights.

That Flavor's song Ashawo should've won Grammy award. It is an instant classic enjoyed all over the world even by people who don't understand the lyrics. Nigerian music has taken over. I pity any foreign artiste who doesn't collab with a Nigerian musician, they will go extinct sooner or later.

Music is the food of the soul regardless of language, lyrics, genre, the color, sex of the musician.

For you to use "una" it means you are generalizing and I tell you, you are not different from the person you are correcting.

But for our leaders, Nigeria would have been a trail blazer, a country worthy of emulation

''Leaders, leaders, leaders''. Abeg make we hear something ojare!

If not for ''our leaders'' do you think anybody would be playing Afrobeats today?

I remember how it all started.

Around year 2000, OBJ mandated radio stations nationwide to play 80% Nigerian made music.

This was back when ALL the youths played R&B and Hiphop from US and UK.

Nigerians were abusing him, calling him a dictator, and saying ''what if other countries ban Nigerian music?'' (as if anybody was playing any gaddem Nigerian music back then abroad, apart from a little bit of Fela and Sunny Ade)

That was what forced radio stations and music labels like Kennys Music to start desperately sourcing new Nigerian acts to promote.

Then we started having guys like Remedies, Plantation Boyz etc, on to TuFace, Bracket, and co..

That was how the whole thing BLEW UP to the stage we are today, with international world class stars everywhere from Wizzy to Davido, Flavour, Rema, Burna, Asake, Tiwa, Tekno, Tems, Mr Eazi, and others!

Abeg go siddon!

''Our leaders'' indeed.
