When a bail is granted does not mean the case will not be heard. Every case is treated on it's merit and how it's presented in court.

When u plead guilty....there is no more case to argue ...Judgement must follow, even if u are innocent......

So..even if they catch u with murder weapon. .u must plead not guilty....And let the case go to trial........u may be lucky change of law can happen before u case is concluded....
they can forget ur case ...
u lawyer can prove technicalities because law isnt always black and white ......

Bobristy pleaded guilty and he-she was sentenced according to the law. Cubana pleaded not guilty and was bailed to appear in court in the future . Big difference.----go school, na igbo you dey smoke.

CCP, your case is still in court. Why not wait till after you serve your jail term, or better still, after you are let go by option of fine before you throw a party? Too much money in the hands of an illiterate.

If you plead guilty, then there’s no need for bail. The court will just reconvene on a latter date to deliver the sentencing. You only need bail if you pleaded not guilty, which means there'll be trial.

He did not plead guilty while bobrisky did. He was only granted bail not acquitted. He might still end in prison in the end. It's now for the prosecutor to prove his case against him.
