Bob was arraigned in court, just like yesterday that Cubana chief priest was.
On that day Bob pleaded guilty, while C.C pleaded not guilty.
On the basis of that guilty plea of bob, the judge adjourned for judgment, while yesterday the judge adjourned for trial and granted him bail.
After judgment since bob already admitted guilt, the judge passed it's sentence, while the EFCC will have to prove its case against CC.

I only got to know this morning from a thread that granting an accused bail at a said sum doesn't necessarily mean that he/she is freed but means that the accused will be reporting to court at from the comfort of his/her home.
